How much will my bathroom remodeling cost?
Most of our standard-sized bathrooms (approximately 5' X 8') cost between $10,000 and $20,000. Larger baths will cost a bit more. We encourage you to shop elsewhere before coming to Bath Express. Our price is $5,000 to $20,000 less than you would expect to pay for comparable materials and craftsmanship elsewhere. At the same time, our staff is knowledgeable and our delivery times are much shorter.

What is included in the bath remodel price?
This price includes everything required to completely remodel your existing bath. We remove all existing materials, improve your underlayment, install a new, furniture-quality vanity, countertop (granite, solid surface) medicine cabinet, sink(s), tub or shower, faucet with matching towel bar, towel ring, paper holder and robe hook, all new ceramic or granite tile. In addition, we provide all labor including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and tile setting.

How long will my bathroom renovation take?
Bath Express utilizes a proprietary installation process that dramatically shortens the installation period. Since we use in-house construction crews, we are able to completely control the installation process and time frame. As such, your project will take anywhere from one to two weeks.

How soon can you start my bathroom remodel?
Most of the time, we'll be able to start your project within a few weeks. We can often start within a few days. Many firms will delay your start for months depending on their in-house or sub-contractor's backlog of jobs.

Are you bonded and insured for the bathroom remodel?
Absolutely. Bath Express is a division of The Kitchen Guild, a multi-million dollar firm that has designed and remodeled kitchen and baths for over fifty years. We are licensed, bonded and insured in Virginia, D.C. and Maryland.

Do you warranty your bathroom renovation work?
We sure do. All craftsmanship is warranted for one year. In addition, all project materials installed in your new bath carry the manufacturer's warranty.
